CyberPlus takes pride in associating with colleges and assisting them and their students reach higher levels of technical competence! CyberPlus conducts a variety of programs, certificate courses, workshops, seminars and contests, by which it is able to deliver quality technical content, expert advise and excellent guidance.

- Students benefit from the technical programs conducted, since much of the content is not present in the syllabus, but is badly required by the industry
- Colleges benefit from this association since their students obtain an edge over students from other colleges. CyberPlus also conducts many programs at a discounted price when it is through the College; sometimes this benefit is passed on to students and at other times are used for fund-raising activities for the development of the department/college.
- CyberPlus benefits through these programs since it provides a very useful opportunity for rapidly obtaining positive feedback and testimonials, that can be used to market it's programs and courses elsewhere.

- Seminars and Talks on important industry-relevant or syllabus-related or guidance-directed topics, generally for about 2 hours.
- Workshops that are aimed at equipping candidates with necessary skills that are required and expected of them, or that will give them an edge in the industry. These are generally conducted in a span of 2-8 continuous days.
- Courses that help candidates gain a thorough understanding of a particular technology. These are generally conducted in the form of half-day or full-day sessions spread over 2-3 months with about 1-3 days every week.
- Certification Programs that are practical-oriented, generally also involving projects at the end, terminated by a certification.
- Project Work Training and Guidance, for final year students.
- Pre-Placement Training for final year and pre-final year students.
- Tests and Contests, aimed at encouraging students to put in extra effort than what the syllabus demands, and excel.
